What you need
- 5+ years of process and/or mechanical design experience in an industrial or engineering-services environment
- Strong design skills in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and SolidWorks
- Experience with design analysis, simulation, and gathering and documenting technical requirements
- Strong communication, organization, and personal management skills
- An AS and/or BS or equivalent experience in Drafting/Build, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a similar field
- Ability to work on-site in Rochester and/or Rush, NY, with travel up to 25% and a proactive commitment to safety

- Experience with industrial equipment/automation, cost and engineering estimates, ISO 9001, and Lean/Six Sigma
- Knowledge of pressure vessel and piping design, pipe stress/frame analysis (Caesar II, SolidWorks FEA, ANSYS), 3D point clouds, and OSHA/process safety
