What you need
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical, business, or public policy-related subject area, or equivalent experience

- Deep, established network across the DoW, federal agencies, Congressional offices, defense primes, and industrial base ecosystem
- Demonstrated track record of originating and advancing opportunities that shaped key strategic or acquisition decisions
- Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills
- Strong fluency in U.S. government manufacturing priorities, acquisition mechanisms, industrial base policy, and relevant funding vehicles
Nice to have
- Prior service in a senior government role with responsibility for industrial base, acquisition, or manufacturing policy
- Experience working with or within defense prime contractors in a business development or strategy capacity
- Familiarity with the advanced manufacturing technology landscape
- Existing relationships with key stakeholders in the Office of the Secretary of Defense and relevant Congressional committees
- Regular Washington, D.C.-area presence required; travel to Re:Build operating companies and customer sites expected
