About this role
As a Customer Care Representative at Realtor.com, you will be the primary point of contact for real estate professionals, providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced inbound call center environment. What you need
- Minimum two years of call center experience
- Must be willing to work in a heavy phone-based environment
- Must be able to work in office 3 days per week
- Must be able to type, talk and navigate systems simultaneously
- Typing words per minute - minimum expectation 35-40 WPM
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing business needs
