What you need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical field
  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience supporting electro-mechanical and/or opto-mechanical products
  • Familiarity with PLM, ERP, and document management systems
  • Strong experience with New Product Introduction (NPI)
  • Experience transferring products and manufacturing processes to contract manufacturing partners
  • Proven experience creating and maintaining structured Bills of Materials (BOMs)

Nice to have

  • Experience with optical alignment, opto-mechanical assemblies, or precision instrumentation
  • Experience supporting low-volume/high-complexity manufacturing environments
  • Experience with CM management in domestic and/or international manufacturing environments
