The Senior Manufacturing Engineer at QuEra will be responsible for developing and maintaining manufacturing documentation and processes for components used in quantum computers. What you need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience supporting electro-mechanical and/or opto-mechanical products
- Familiarity with PLM, ERP, and document management systems
- Strong experience with New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Experience transferring products and manufacturing processes to contract manufacturing partners
- Proven experience creating and maintaining structured Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Nice to have
- Experience with optical alignment, opto-mechanical assemblies, or precision instrumentation
- Experience supporting low-volume/high-complexity manufacturing environments
- Experience with CM management in domestic and/or international manufacturing environments
