What you need
- Bachelors’ degree in life sciences or related field, or Registered Nurse (RN)
- 5 years or more as a Regulatory or Start Up specialist in a CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Turkish
- Experience using computerized information systems, electronic spreadsheets, word processing and electronic mail
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Nice to have
- Relevant regulatory and site start-up experience for the particular country
- Experience using milestone tracking tools/systems
- Advanced degree in medical or life sciences (MD, PhD, PharmD) or RAC certification
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- Ability to assist junior SU specialists in problem resolution
