The Community Organizer will work part-time to support Planned Parenthood California Central Coast's outreach and advocacy efforts. What you need

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or two (2) or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years in field/community organizing strongly preferred
- Prior experience with campaign work
- Experience with reproductive health advocacy and grassroots community organizing strongly preferred
- Fluent verbal and written Spanish language skills are preferred

- Starting salary of $32.50/hour with an opportunity for an increase after six months
- $1.00/hour bilingual Spanish/English differential pay offered upon passing the language assessment test
