What you need
- 3-5 years of experience in DTC growth marketing with deep hands-on experience in acquisition marketing
- Experience in a 0-1 growth environment, testing, iterating, and scaling channels from scratch
- Demonstrable experience owning and operating offline channels and partnerships (podcast, radio, TV, direct mail, and/or affiliates)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, financial modeling, and data analysis
