About this role
As a Deployment Strategist in Planet's Professional Services team, you will work closely with Defense and Intelligence customers to implement and integrate software and data products. Your role involves training users, designing workflows, and translating operational requirements into actionable feedback for the product team, ensuring that Planet's solutions are effectively utilized in mission-critical operations.

What you need
- 6+ years of experience in supporting D&I customers
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software, Systems Engineering, or similar
- Fluent in Golang, Python, Postgresql, & React or related technologies
- Experience with cloud deployments; GCP, AWS, Azure
- Solid problem-solving and systems thinking skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
Nice to have
- Experience working with defense and intelligence organizations in Sweden
- Systems integrations experience working with multi domain/multi-level security architectures
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and its mapping libraries
- Experience with RDBMS and distributed databases
