What you need
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
- Senior software engineering experience leading full-lifecycle application design, development, testing, deployment, sustainment, modernization, and technical support in secure enterprise environments
- Advanced software engineering experience across the full software-development lifecycle
- Strong experience with Microsoft .NET/C# application development and enterprise web/application technologies
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, database performance/availability concepts, and application-to-database integration
- Experience with version control, automated build/release pipelines, code review, testing, and DevOps-oriented development processes using Git and Azure DevOps or comparable tools

- Experience with Azure DevOps Server, Git, Visual Studio, IIS, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Serena Business Manager
- Experience implementing secure software-development practices such as static code analysis, DISA Application Development STIGs, OWASP Top 10 mitigations
- Microsoft, Azure DevOps, DevSecOps, or secure software-development certifications
- Experience developing and sustaining applications in Army/DoD classified and unclassified environments
