What you need
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a comparable technical/analytical field
- 5+ years of professional experience in maintenance, operational strategy, continuous improvement, or process engineering
- Strong interest in automation, robotics, and technical maintenance systems
- Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen, ideally in an automated high-volume environment
