What you need
- 7+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in equity administration within a global public company or stock plan provider
- Strong understanding of executive compensation practices, proxy disclosure requirements, SEC regulations, and corporate governance principles
- Knowledge of equity compensation administration, including tax and accounting implications
- Strong knowledge of global equity compliance; knowledge of international equity taxation laws is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of and experience working with Morgan Stanley Shareworks
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills

- Experience supporting Compensation Committee materials and executive compensation analyses preferred
- Completion of CEP designation (or in progress) a plus
- Familiarity with Solium/Shareworks Global Compliance is strongly preferred
