What you need
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in business development, sales and/or banking
- Ability to conduct business development activities
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Demonstrated experience in consumer and small business lending
- Demonstrated experience working for a financial institution or similar organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication and exceptional client service skills
