What you need

Bachelor’s degree required
CAMS, CFCS, or equivalent financial crimes certification required
8+ years of progressive experience in BSA/AML, sanctions, or financial crimes compliance at a bank, credit union, or other regulated financial institution
4+ years supporting BSA/AML program governance, program management, or comparable capacity
Experience preparing Board, Board committee, and executive management reporting on a compliance or risk program
Working knowledge of BSA/AML regulatory requirements and the regulatory examination process

Nice to have

Advanced degree (JD, MBA, or master’s in a related field) preferred
Project/program management certification (PMP or equivalent) a plus
Experience in a Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), fintech partnership, or payments environment
Change management experience
