What you need
- Board certification as an MD or DO
- Licensed in one of the states: FL, NC, AZ or possess an active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
- 6+ years of clinical practice

- BC in Cardiology, Radiation/Oncology, or Neurology
