About this role
Oscar is seeking a Lead Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for their Virtual Health Assessment team. In this role, you will oversee patient care delivered virtually, manage a panel of patients, and supervise a team of APPs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance care delivery. The position is remote but may require occasional travel for team meetings and events.

What you need
- Full practice licensure in good standing in Florida plus at least three other specified states
- DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program
- Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC)
- 5+ years of primary/urgent care experience
- 1+ year experience delivering care in a community-based/in-person setting
Nice to have
- Spanish language fluency
- Prior telehealth experience
- 1+ years experience in supervising teams, including other clinical staff
- Experience being metric driven in a practice setting as it relates to population health management and/or quality benchmarks and productivity
