About this role
As an Operations Support Engineer at Orion Innovation, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of critical Audit applications on Azure. Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring production environments, managing incidents, leading disaster recovery efforts, and collaborating with various teams to optimize cloud infrastructure and costs while maintaining compliance and performance standards.

What you need
- 6-8 Years of Experience
- Advanced experience with Azure monitoring and observability tooling, including Azure Monitor, Application Insights /Log Analytics / KQL, Azure Managed Prometheus
- SQL knowledge, including replication, backup/restore
- Experience operating containerized workloads and cloud-native architectures
- Strong leadership and mentoring capability
- Ability to understand business objectives and functional priorities and translate them into effective technical and data solutions

- Familiarity with FinOps practices and cost-optimization strategies in Azure
- Shows an innovation mindset, driving automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
- Actively identifies and drives cost optimization opportunities through design choices, automation, and efficient use of resources
