What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Environmental Studies, Nonprofit Management, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Ten (10) or more years of experience in program management, advocacy, government relations, corporate social responsibility, nonprofit partnerships, conservation, or related fields
- Direct experience in federal policy, advocacy, or government relations, including interaction with congressional offices, federal agencies, or policy partners
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or initiatives from strategy through execution, with responsibility for priorities, partners, and measurable outcomes
- Experience working across nonprofit, public-sector, government affairs, or other mission-driven partnership environments
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders with and without direct authority

- Outdoor industry experience, or strong familiarity with public lands, access, stewardship, and outdoor recreation issues
