What you need
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- At least 2 years of practice as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages, or 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting coupled with a primary care fellowship or urgent care experience
- State licensed in IL by your One Medical start date
- Passion for human-centered primary care
- Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
