What you need
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- At least 2 years of practice as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages, or 1 year in such a setting plus either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in Connecticut by your One Medical start date

- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
