What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a closely related engineering field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in construction quality assurance, quality control, site supervision, or civil/structural engineering
- Strong understanding of construction principles, quality assurance and quality control procedures, building codes, specifications, and regulatory requirements
- Hands-on experience conducting site inspections, reviewing construction documentation, assessing materials, identifying non-conformities, and recommending corrective actions
- Ability to review and produce engineering drawings, technical reports, structural details, and construction documentation, with proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant CAD tools
- Ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, construction teams, and other project stakeholders
