What you need
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or MS&T roles for Senior Manager; 10+ years for Associate Director
- Experience leading outsourced manufacturing operations across CDMOs
- Experience in cell and gene therapy or complex biologic modalities
- Experience designing and implementing batch records, EBRs, and MES integrated systems
- Experience in quality systems, deviation management, root cause analysis, change control, and risk management in a GMP environment

- Experience with tech transfer and GMP production of fill/finish processes
