What you need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Finance, Economics or related technical field
- Minimum of two years NYISO experience or three years of energy industry experience
- Demonstrated understanding of power industry and/or commodity markets
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents
- Intermediate competency in Windows operating environment using MS Office applications
- Proficiency in common statistical analysis software programs
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Power Systems Engineering and/or Economics
- Master’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Business experience in electric power systems or wholesale electric markets
