What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, sustainability, or related field

- Proven experience with building automation systems, metering, and energy-data platforms

- Master’s degree in related field
- Professional Engineer (P.E.), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), or Certified Energy Auditor (CEA)
- Working knowledge of Con Edison tariffs, NYSERDA incentive programs, and Local Laws 84/87/97 compliance
- Demonstrated experience developing or managing distributed energy projects (solar, BESS, EV charging)
- Proficient in energy benchmarking and modeling tools (Energy Star Portfolio Manager, eQuest, EnergyPlus, TRACE, IES, HAP) and Measurement & Verification protocols
