About this role
As a Service Technician II, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing MQ Power generation equipment. Your day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing equipment failures, performing repairs, conducting electrical and mechanical work, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with your team. What you need
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with current (2020 and newer) power generation equipment
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing diesel engine generators
- Strong electrical troubleshooting experience
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics, equipment manuals, and safety procedures
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
Nice to have
- DOT certification or the ability to obtain certification preferred
