- 4+ years in investment or fund reporting
- Experience owning or managing a reporting function or comparable process at scale
- Advanced Excel skills including financial modelling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Proven track record managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Experience contributing to or leading cross-functional projects
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
