What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in data architecture, data engineering, data warehousing, analytics, or related disciplines
- Deep expertise in modern data architecture, dimensional and relational modeling, ETL/ELT design, data integration, metadata management, lineage, governance, and observability
- Strong experience with Commercial pharmaceutical data including CRM, specialty pharmacy, claims, payer, digital engagement, sales, and customer master data
- Experience with Snowflake, SQL, cloud-based data architectures, and modern integration technologies
- Strong understanding of master data management concepts, including HCP/HCO mastering, affiliations, hierarchies, and reference data

- Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other regulated industries
- Experience working with analytics and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Data Cloud, or similar technologies
