What you need
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Workers' Compensation, Risk Management, or related area
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and confidentiality skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
