  • High School Graduate or Equivalent Training (or 5 years maintenance experience if not)
  • Valid Driver’s License with proof of current liability insurance
  • Knowledge of Basic Mechanical Concepts
  • Heating and Air Conditioning and other State Regulated Certifications where required
  • CPO Certified – HVAC Certification Universal

  • Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property
  • Customer service attitude, flexibility and ability to work in a team environment
  • Reliable transportation
