As a Cardiac Diagnostic Technician at Infinite Medical P.C., you will perform echocardiograms and electrocardiograms for patients in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. What you need
- Prior experience performing echocardiograms and/or EKGs required
- Strong technical, diagnostic, and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with the geriatric population
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed
- Prolonged standing/walking, assisting with patient positioning, operating and moving diagnostic equipment, lifting/moving patients
Nice to have
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field preferred
- RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) certification or equivalent preferred for Echo studies
- EKG Technician certification (CET or equivalent) preferred
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred
