What you need
- High School Diploma or GED

- Strong technical knowledge of AutoCAD, Carlson Survey, and Civil 3D software, along with Microsoft Office
- Ability to read and interpret DOT Right-of-Way plans, site plans, grading plans, utility plans, and profiles
- Must have a valid driver’s license

- BS or associate’s degree with emphasis on Surveying, Geomatics or Computer Aided Drafting
- Certification as an NSPS CST Level II preferred
