What you need
- B.S. in mechanical, industrial, plastics or process engineering (M.S. preferred)
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in a continuous manufacturing environment
- Experience with electro-mechanical systems, industrial automation equipment, closed loop control/inspection equipment, high-precision laser technology, hard tooling fabrication and extrusion equipment
- Strong grasp of mechanical drawings, GD&T, and detailed mechanical/electrical schematics
- Proficient in 3D modeling, solidworks, Fusion 360/EPDM experience
- Experience implementing LEAN / Six Sigma methodologies (green/black belt preferred)
