What you need

Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Genomics, or a related scientific discipline and 2–5 years of relevant experience; or bachelor's degree with 13+ years or master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated expertise in guide RNA (gRNA), oligonucleotide synthesis, mRNA technologies, nucleic acid therapeutics, molecular biology, and related scientific applications
Experience supporting custom manufacturing, analytical testing, GMP services, process development, quality, or related scientific functions
Demonstrated ability to assess customer requirements, develop scientific recommendations, and translate complex scientific concepts into customer-focused technical solutions
Strong customer-facing, consultative, presentation, and scientific communication skills with experience supporting Business Development and Commercial organizations
Demonstrated ability to lead complex customer engagements while collaborating across Product Management, Research & Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Commercial organizations

Nice to have

Knowledge of clinical development, CMC, GMP, and regulatory requirements supporting nucleic acid therapeutics
