What you need
- 10+ years of proven experience in civil engineering consulting, project management, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience managing civil engineering projects and client relationships in Idaho
- Prior experience managing, supervising, training, coaching, developing, and motivating engineering teams
- Proven success developing new business opportunities and supporting client proposals
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with an emphasis in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- Registered Professional Engineer in Idaho
