What you need
- High school diploma or equivalent required; or one additional year of verified security experience in lieu of diploma
- At least one (1) year of Health care Safety and Security experience preferred
- Must pass a criminal records background check prior to employment
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must possess and maintain a valid Maryland driver’s license or valid license from the state of residence with no more than two (2) points on current driving record

- IAHSS Basic Officer Certification preferred, required for any promotion
