What you need
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Four years of maintenance experience preferably in a hospital or health care environment
- Valid Maryland driver's license with no more than two points
- Ability to perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair
- Experience with plumbing, electrical maintenance, and carpentry functions
Nice to have
- AA degree in maintenance, electrical or industrial maintenance
- Completed a craft apprenticeship or equivalent maintenance experience
- Building Operators Certification
