What you need
- 10+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing, supplier quality, supplier industrialization, or product launch
- 5+ years of people leadership and team management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field
- Strong command of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, Run-at-Rate, capacity validation, launch readiness reviews, and AIAG Core Tools
- Hands-on experience with metal manufacturing processes, including casting, forging, machining, heat treatment, and assembly
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business
- ASQ CQE, CMQ/OE, Six Sigma Black Belt, or an equivalent certification
- Experience supporting electric vehicle or powertrain programs, including eMotor, gearbox, drive unit, or transmission manufacturing
- Knowledge of battery electric vehicle architecture and high-volume automotive launch programs
- Experience leading global supplier networks across North America, Europe, and Asia
