About this role

The Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer at Lucid is responsible for leading the industrialization strategy and ensuring manufacturing readiness of wiring harness suppliers for multiple vehicle programs. What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in automotive engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality, supplier industrialization, or product launch environments
  • 7+ years of direct experience industrializing wiring harnesses, high-voltage cables, power distribution systems, electromechanical assemblies, or similar automotive components
  • Proven history of successfully launching multiple automotive programs from sourcing through SOP
  • In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and applicable USCAR standards
  • Strong quality engineering experience; VDA 6.3 auditor certification and/or experience preferred

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills
  • Experience leading technical organizations, mentoring engineers, and developing engineering standards
  • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
