What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality, supplier industrialization, or related disciplines
  • 3+ years of direct experience supporting wiring harnesses, HV cables, power distribution systems, electromechanical assemblies, or similar automotive components
  • Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, and AIAG Core Tools
  • Working knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA requirements, ISO standards, and applicable USCAR specifications
  • Experience conducting supplier process audits, manufacturing assessments, and launch readiness reviews

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills
  • Experience leading technical organizations, mentoring engineers, and developing engineering standards
  • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
