What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Quality Management Systems, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, or Regulatory Compliance.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience leading an IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System.
- Deep expertise in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PFMEA/DFMEA, Control Plans, CAPA, and risk management.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform the essential duties of the position.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- ASQ CQE, CMQ/OE, or related certifications.
- Experience leading enterprise QMS transformation or digital quality initiatives.
- Electric vehicle manufacturing experience.
