What you need
- 5+ years of high-volume manufacturing and assembly plant experience supporting plastics components in a Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering role
- Engineering analysis including tolerance analysis, stress analysis, mold flow analysis, DFM
- Hands-on supplier industrialization, SQE, APQP and PPAP experience
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards and specifications
- Excellent analytical abilities and technical writing ability
Nice to have
- Certification preferred - American Society for Quality, Six Sigma Black Belt
- Working knowledge of Smartsheets, JMP, Minitab, JIRA and Tableau
- Master's degree preferred
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset in problem-solving
