  • 5+ years of high-volume manufacturing and assembly plant experience supporting plastics components in a Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering role
  • Engineering analysis including tolerance analysis, stress analysis, mold flow analysis, DFM
  • Hands-on supplier industrialization, SQE, APQP and PPAP experience
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings
  • In-depth knowledge of quality standards and specifications
  • Excellent analytical abilities and technical writing ability

Nice to have

  • Certification preferred - American Society for Quality, Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Working knowledge of Smartsheets, JMP, Minitab, JIRA and Tableau
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Creative mindset in problem-solving
