About this role

What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Five or more years of experience in Supplier Industrialization Engineering, Supplier Quality, Quality Systems, or operational support
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive quality tools and standards, including IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, DOE, and DFM/A
- Demonstrated experience supporting Supplier Quality Operations and improving quality systems or processes
- Ability to provide training, coaching, and user support during system or process implementations
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Smartsheet, JIRA, Coupa, and Tableau
Nice to have
- American Society for Quality certification, Six Sigma Black Belt certification, or an equivalent professional quality credential
- Experience developing executive-level dashboards, metrics, and reporting in Tableau
- Hands-on experience supporting a quality management system such as Auros
- Experience partnering with third-party suppliers, vendors, and cross-functional teams during product or manufacturing launches.
