What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 1-3 years of experience in process engineering, automotive service operations, aftersales engineering, or manufacturing environments
- Strong hands on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, and process improvement methodologies
- Experience analyzing service KPIs and working across engineering, quality, logistics, and service teams

- Advanced process mapping, PFMEA, and control plan development skills

- Exposure to EV aftersales operations and service environments
- Experience with service parts operations, warranty processes, or body repair centers
