What you need

  • 10 years of experience in automotive quality, reliability, validation, testing, laboratory operations, product engineering, field quality, warranty engineering, or a related technical discipline

  • Experience leading structured root cause investigations, technical failure analysis, component teardown, failure reproduction, validation testing, and corrective action verification
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform the essential duties of the position

  • Experience managing vehicle fleets used for durability testing, validation activities, or reliability assessments
  • Familiarity with EV architectures, including high-voltage systems, battery systems, electric drive units, charging systems, thermal management systems, and vehicle controls
  • Experience with vehicle diagnostics, CAN data analysis, telematics, DTC analysis, or connected vehicle data
  • Knowledge of reliability engineering methodologies, Weibull analysis, durability validation, life-cycle testing, laboratory accreditation standards, or engineering quality systems
