- Construction quality experience within Facade, OSM, Electrical, Low Voltage, or CSA disciplines
- Strong understanding of construction QA/QC processes, inspections, testing, non-conformance management, and corrective actions
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, ITPs, and technical documentation
- Experience performing field inspections and verifying installation quality and workmanship
- Understanding of construction sequencing, quality milestones, commissioning readiness, and project turnover
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify, document, communicate, and drive quality issues through resolution
