What you need
- Strong experience managing commissioning activities on large-scale data center, mission-critical, industrial, or advanced manufacturing projects.
- Strong understanding of commissioning processes, including system readiness, startup, functional performance testing, Integrated Systems Testing (IST), turnover, and closeout.
- Experience coordinating Commissioning Agents, subcontractors, vendors, engineering teams, construction teams, and Owners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage commissioning schedules, technical issues, deficiencies, risks, and project milestones.
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to manage expectations, escalations, and commitments.
- Ability to communicate technical commissioning information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Commissioning or project management certification preferred.
