What you need
- Experience supporting commissioning, startup, or construction of electrical and/or mechanical systems within data center, mission-critical, or large-scale construction environments.
- Understanding of commissioning processes, including pre-functional verification, startup, functional performance testing, Integrated Systems Testing (IST), and turnover.
- Knowledge of MEP/FP systems, equipment, controls/BMS, sequences of operation, alarms, interlocks, and system interfaces.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, submittals, test procedures, and technical documentation.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and commissioning teams.
- Strong troubleshooting, issue management, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Commissioning or related technical certification preferred.
