What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Real Estate, or a related field required; equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business systems analysis, or platform ownership, ideally supporting commercial real estate, property management, or development operations
- Direct experience with property management, leasing, or development and construction technology platforms (e.g., Yardi, MRI, Procore, Salesforce, or similar) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements from non-technical business stakeholders and translate them into actionable product plans
- Familiarity with agile or product delivery frameworks and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable using data to prioritize roadmap decisions and measure platform performance
