What you need
- 6+ years of product design experience, ideally with exposure to growth, experimentation, or subscription/monetization design
- A track record of shipping and iterating on A/B or multivariate experiments in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and turning loosely defined briefs into testable hypotheses using research or data
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to lead from your own ideas and pressure-test others'

- Excellent organizational habits with clean, well-documented Figma files and clear rationale for design decisions

- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate design and production work
