About this role
As a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Life Skills Autism Academy, you will provide direct care to children on the Autism Spectrum through ABA therapy, following individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. What you need
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to complete training and exam within 45 days of employment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- At least 18 years of age
- Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and a TB test
- Ability to physically perform the job including lifting up to 50lbs and moving quickly
