What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in HVAC controls, system integration, or related controls industry
- Hands-on experience with system integration testing
- Strong troubleshooting knowledge of hardware and software systems
- Experience with serial communication protocols (RS485, Modbus, BACnet)
- Ability to set up lab environments including electrical wiring and PCBA-level testing
Nice to have
- Experience with VRF or ductless mini-split systems
- Experience with embedded systems or microcontrollers
- Familiarity with cloud-connected HVAC platforms
